Terms & Conditions for Sale and Promotional Item Purchases

Sale items are not eligible for refund. Exchanges on sale items will be at management's discretion and is subject to availability. To be eligible for an exchange within the 30 day period:

• Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as purchased.
• Item(s) must be in their original, unaltered packaging. 
• A receipt or proof of purchase for the item must accompany the item.

Return shipping to GO-MX will be at the customer's expense.

GO-MX recommends using a traceable shipping service with applicable insurance whenever shipping any items.  Failure to do so is at the sender's risk.
