FEATURES:

• The Twinwall consists of two aluminium alloy tubes, one within the other. This design gives the handlebar additional strength and security. Making Twinwall the toughest handlebar available.
• The outer tube is made from 7010 T73 aluminium, which has extremely good resistance to mechanical damage and is anodised to prevent corrosion.
• The Twinwall undergoes a 29-step process that sees raw tubing come in and finished handlebars leave the factory.
• Testing plays an important role during the development and production of each Renthal Handlebar.
• Shot peened surface finish helping prevent fatigue failure
• Knurling – Grip end only – increases bonding between bar and grip
• No knurling in the clamp area; this could cause a stress riser and lead to fatigue failure.
• A 15-step anodising process forms an integral coating providing protection against corrosion.
• Renthal’s copyrighted, bonded lightweight single bolt clamping system for the cross-brace, greatly increases strength whilst still allowing flex
• Laser-etched positioning grid
• Every Twinwall bar comes with a Renthal injection-moulded foam bar pad.
